I was born and raised in Paris. My interest in Japan started to grow when I was in middle school. I started learning japanese by myself, at home, before joining, at the end of high school, a Japanese cultural center in Paris where I took some classes. My first three years of university, I travelled a lot, especially in Europe, as I studied six months in Finland. I finally came to Japan as an exchange student for my Master degree. My university was near Osaka and I felt in love with this city and the Kansai area. After coming back in France for one year to graduate, I decided to go back to Osaka with a working holiday visa. I worked for several months as a writer for travel guide books and in a hotel in Osaka for a year. Finally, I joined Cocolo Travel team and I can’t wait to introduce Japan to as many people as I can. My favorite things to do in Japan are hiking and discovering local restaurants and cafes.
