Partners and suppliers
We do not sell or exchange the data collected with external parties unconnected with the organisation of your trip. In order to enable the various travel services to be performed, the Customer’s personal data shall, however, be disclosed to Cocolo Travel’s partners and suppliers (hotels, carriers, etc.) where this is necessary.
Advertising and Marketing
We reserve the right to use your data for direct marketing purposes, through the sending of promotional or commercial offers from Cocolo Travel, under the conditions provided for by law.
Calls
For instructional purposes and in particular for the training of our staff, we reserve the right to record some of our telephone conversations. You may refuse this by requesting it from us, orally or in writing. These calls may only be shared with members of our organisation.
Procedure in the event of a data leak
Under the loi sur la protection des informations personnelles (the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information), we must report data breaches to the Commission de protection des informations personnelles (PPC — the Personal Information Protection Commission) and to the persons concerned where the data breaches are liable to harm the rights and interests of individuals.
Right to erasure
For ethical reasons, Cocolo Travel undertakes to erase the personal data of Travellers who so request by email, within one week.
